We want you to be fully satisfied with your UrbiCover purchase. As per EU consumer regulations, you have the right to return standard products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Important regarding assembly: Please note that our products are delivered flat-packed for self-assembly. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original, unassembled condition and original packaging. If you have already assembled, installed, or used the product, you may still return it, but you will be liable for any diminished valueof the goods. This means we may deduct a percentage from your refund to cover the loss in value if the product cannot be resold as new (e.g., due to scratches from assembly or exposure to weather).

Custom Orders: Products made to your specific custom dimensions or personalized specifications are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Our standard online shipping is currently available for Mainland Spain and Portugal.
